4. Role of Wiigoo

When Wiigoo acts as the organizer of a travel package, it assumes the responsibilities provided by applicable legislation, including the Italian Tourism Code.

When Wiigoo acts as an intermediary, the execution of the service remains the responsibility of the relevant third-party provider.

Before completing a booking, users will receive all mandatory pre-contractual information and documentation required by applicable law.

5. Bookings and Payments

Users may submit booking requests or directly purchase selected services through the website.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• successful completion of the payment process;

• receipt of a confirmation email from Wiigoo.
